Do you have a catalog?
Stranco’s published product catalog is provided on this website; we do not have a printed catalog.  However, not all of Stranco’s “standard” products are identified in the online catalog.  Accordingly, if you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for, please Contact Stranco customer service and we’ll forward more detailed product listings for the appropriate product area.  


What if I don’t see what I’m looking for?
Not all of our standard products are shown in this on-line catalog.  Call, fax, or email us what you’re looking for.  If it’s not in our extensive catalog of standard products, chances are, we can produce it for you as a custom solution.  You’ll be surprised at the economy of custom solutions.

What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.  Upon credit approval, Stranco will accept purchase orders on open account. First time orders always require pre-payment or payment by credit card.


What is the minimum order size?
The minimum order size is $75.00, unless otherwise stated when quoted.


How do you ship product?
Unless otherwise stipulated, we ship by UPS ground.  All shipping is prepaid and freight on board our shipping dock in Michigan City, IN.


What is your return policy?
Custom products are not returnable.  Generally, standard catalog product may be returned.  All returns are subject to evaluation by Stranco and require prior approval.  Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges and a 20% restock charge, or a minimum restock charge of $25.  Credit for returns is redeemable for product only.  No cash refunds will be issued.


What is your product warranty?
All products are warranted by Stranco Inc. to be free of defects in material or workmanship at the time of shipment.  Stranco liability shall be limited to repair or replacement of product if it can be determined that the product was defective at the time of shipment.  Stranco shall repair or replace any product found defective if seller receives written notice of such defect within 10 days from date of shipment.  Stranco Inc. shall under no circumstance be liable to anyone for damages of any kind or character, whether indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or otherwise.  This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty expressed or implied, and all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed and excluded from the contract.
